They allege that I had an automatic renewal on this product. I ordered from them once, but did not reorder as the product did not work as advertised. Then I was told the dispute caused the refund to be rejected by my credit card and if I would remove it, my refund would go through. It did not. In June, I began dealing with Brenda in the "escalations department". This was an automatic refill order in which I had cancelled a month in advance.

Healthy Directions can correct their Order processing Process, so that a customer can get an order confirmation, get accurate shipping details and estimate of delivery with tracking number, and can enter and ship, and deliver a product within a week, or acceptable time. Thank you.
