I sent her photos of the light fixture and we set up a time for an electrician to come and fix it via email. When the electrician came out, he called my fiance's phone. My fiance then called me to tell me the electrician was outside.

My fiance is truck driver, and he cannot answer his phone, or he will be terminated. When the electrician called him, he was not driving. The electrician fixed the fixture, no problem. It was late in the evening, so I Zen3 Company let it thaw out, and it began working again.

Per their 'records' the HVAC tech arrived at am, and stayed until am. They already have permission to enter, and if they would have done so, there would be no issue here. I copied the email about the Reedyandcompany, and sent it to the disputes email on the same day. I told the young lady I talked to that I'd been sending emails to the disputes mailbox since August! So I proceeded to go off in the email, and I never received a reply after that day.

I check my mail today, and we have yet another collection notice for the same issue! I just want this missed HVAC tech fee removed along with the late charges. The Tech showed up within the allotted time that was scheduled for the resident.

This fee was and is a reasonable fee for a missed appointment fee and under the terms of the lease, the resident initialed and understood that this fee would be their responsibility.

Customer Response. I do NOT accept this response! This same issue came about when the electrician was sent out!! I guess it's your word against ours, but if it has to go to court then so be it. I won't hesitate to show any judge the emails, and screenshots of what I've been going through since April! I am home He works from 12 am to 4 or 5 pm the next day, but you call him! That makes absolutely no sense to me. I cannot wait for this lease to be done with, unfortunately your agent tricked us into signing it for 18 months instead of a year!

So, you're stuck with us until October ! I should have made a separate complaint about that, but I digress! Even the actual owner of this house has stopped Logistics Property Company and said how awesome the house looks because we are taking great care of it!

As stated in the previous response. There are two responsible parties that are lease holders for this address. We only make appointments when we speak with the actual resident.

The Resident's responsibilities in regards to maintenance fees is covered in section 5 of the lease contract. Both Residents initialed that they understood this section of the lease.

When these fees get charged to an account, late fees are generally Vander Company assessed until after 30 days. In this case, a late fee was not assessed until 58 days after the missed appointment. While we understand that the is frustration on the Resident's side, that frustration does not constitute us removing fees or changing policy.

At this point, Jeffrey Chain Company consider this matter closed. Should the resident decide to take further action, I would advise providing a copy of the lease agreement detailing their responsibilities. Well I guess what they say is true, "A lie doesn't car who tells it, as long as it's told This company is extremely shady, and you can refer me to the lease a million times, but you're still wrong!

Those fees will continue to add up until October when the lease is up, because WE refuse Yahoo Baking Company Sherman Texas pay that! Our rent will be paid on time, every month, but I will NEVER have a money order made for those fees, sorry, not sorry!! I don't blame them, and if they go ahead with the lawsuit, I'd love to join in!

You can consider this matter 'Closed' until you're blue in the face, it still won't make us pay those fees. I guess you'll reply to this in another month or so!! Unfortunately, this will be our last response. We have responded diligently to try and resolve this matter for this resident, only to be met with accusatory and defaming responses. My apartment is extremely hot in this Memphis heat and when I let the property management company know that the air doesn't work at that my apartment will not cool lower than 80 degrees during the day, I was told the lie of, "air conditioners only cool a home 10 degrees below the outside temperature" and that they will not be fixing it. My roof is also leaking, the lock on my door is obsolete, air and bugs get in from the improperly sealed doors and windows.
