Very busy work environment, but I strive in those types of roles. Plenty of inclusion and location is very trendy. Management is very competent Co2 Company makes you feel welcome. The environment can feel a bit too much like college and there are visible cliques so you must involve yourself in the company culture to advance.

Everyone in the company is incredilby welcoming with open arms and its a fast pace environment if you're looking to kick off your sales career. I've worked here for over a decade. The energy of the work environment is upbeat Reiew inclusive. They host several employee appreciation events like lunches, holiday parties and team building events which help keep the team unified. There is also frequent internal promotions for pre-existing employees, which I feel is super valuable.

I've learned how to plan large scale customer events and build strong relationships with our clients throughout the years. The hardest part of the job so far is not eating too many bad snacks. Quotas are starting to become unattainable with zero insight on how they are created although it's been asked to expose this from the reps.
